Wimped out and ran on the treadmill today and watched an american cinematic classic, Smokey and the Bandit. Not a critically good movie but an entertaining movie. Started to get a little bit of a blister on my left foot and have a little bit of nipple chafe. I just LOVE the treadmill.
Ran 5 miles straight and then added the extra 2 miles in 1 mile increments. It's completely mental on my part, I just couldn't run 2 more miles watching the time tick off but 2 X 1 miles was okay. Weird but I got it done.
