Still in Puerto Rico, the weather today: high 85, low 74.  Spent yesterday at Old San Juan and we toured the  Bacardi factory.  Old San Juan was great, neat old buildings.  We went up to the old fort and walked around that was really neat.

Tomorrow we're going to take a ferry ride to Culebra.  If you're ever in Puerto Rico take the ferry over to Culebra and go to Flamenco Beach.  That is a great beach, nice white sand, turquoise water, snorkling.  The water was great, it must have been around 80-85.  We seen lots of fish snorkling, blue tangs, powder blue tangs, cow fish, nice corals, sea fans, a pretty big white Urchin.

Back home to the cold, brrrr.  After being in the 85 degree weather for a week it's tough to come back.  The Gran Melia resort in Puetro Rico was great, we had a good time.

Woke up late, tired from the trip and plane ride yesterday.  TM run this morning 1% incline.

Well, I've got to get out of the vacation groove so I got up this morning and ran.  Good run the effort felt good and my time was good for me, especially lately.  Maybe the vacation did some good.  Felt a little tired between 5-6 miles but I toughed it out, haha.  Looks like I had a pretty good run with negative splits for each mile.
