Major headache all night and didn't feel well this morning so I bagged the run.  Decided to go for an after work cruiser and enjoy the nice weather.  Still had a headache.  Run was great felt good and my head survived.

Got out this morning, is this really December...  Anyway tried to take it easy after last night's run and Diet Coke delivery :).  Run was great I took a powergel at about 4.5 miles today that seemed to help.  I could probably take one at 8.75 when I turn around just for an extra kick.

Planned easy day...I made myself go nice and relaxed today.  Felt good although it felt freakin cold after being hot all night in bed.

Had some extra energy for some reason this morning so I had a nice hard workout.  Pushed the pace the whole way and ended up beating the 8 min guy.  Pretty much tempo'd the whole run.  Good for me...now I'm tired.

Had to get up early and run less due to and early work meeting.  Dark but 50 degrees this morning on the 12th of Dec.  I'll take that anyday.  Kinda slow and easy after yesterday's tough run plus I'm a little tired because I didn't sleep real well.

Last run in the Kinvara 6's.  Didn't like them at all very dissappointed.

Fun run with Brandon, Chad, and Ben from 21st St pond West.  A bit rainy but not bad.  Good company for a good easy run.
