Super nice morning out at Mission Bay Park. Too bad todays run was a death march. Not sure what was up but that sucked. Good thing it was so nice out.

A little cooler this morning but still shorts and short sleeve shirt. Love San Diego. Nice run with Janell for 2 miles, the rest solo. My knee is still coming around, not good yet but ok.

Good to get out this morning, my knee felt a little better so that's good. Got to about 5 miles and it started raining, could have been worse.

Back at it after taking some days off to help me knee. I don't know what's wrong with it. A little sore today but manageable. Feels ok tonight so hopefully I can run through it.

Had a knee thing, kinda weird so I took a few days off to prevent something more. Nice run today, a little niggle still but I think it'll be ok. Felt like I was running in mud today, couldn't get going.

Great run down at mission bay park. With Janell for .7 then decided I'd go ahead because I wanted to run a little further than she did today. Caught her just before 5 miles.
