Grinder down through South Weber this morning because it was pretty warm this morning.  Good run otherwise.  I wish I could adjust to the heat better.  Same dog loose at the same spot as Friday today, hopefully this won't continue.

Great run today but a really weird morning.  Looking at the mountains it looks smoky but I couldn't smell any smoke so that was good.  The sun coming up was really red this morning through all the smoke by the mountains.  It made for a really cool redish light this morning.

I added the Rohmer park extension for an extra .5 this morning.

Good but slightly uncomfortable run today because I had to make a pit stop from about mile 3.5 on without anywhere to make a pit stop.  3 dogs out today, including my neighbors, hopefully it didn't crap on my lawn.  None of the dogs bothered me though so that was good.

Warm and humid today made for a big sweatfest.  I was a sweaty dude today.  Great run otherwise I really felt good today and had a really good effort.  To make it even better some well placed clouds gave me shade for about 8 miles.

Nice run down through South Weber this morning.  Nice morning because the cloud cover giving me lots of shade.  Legs started feeling it a little bit running up 300 W, the hill from Riverdale Rd. back up into Washington Terrace for the last .5.
