Half marathon Monday.  Good run today down through South Weber and then back up into Washington Terrace.  Not too warm so everything went well and I felt pretty good running up 300 W. from Riverdale road into the Terrace to finish it off.

It was hard to get out of bed today I'm feeling lazy.  Finally drug myself out for a good run.  I have to run through 2 construction zones now even though I stick to the back roads.  The second one started Friday last week.  Hopefully they get it done before school starts because that area gets kinda crazy in the mornings when school's in.

New route today, I decided to mix it up a little.  Ran down 300W to Riverdale Road, west to the Weber River parkway and then north to about 27th St. and then back.  Good route, it's nice to run by the river for a while plus it's a little cooler down there.  I used MapmyRun today, I don't usually time myself, but it ended up being 7:59 min/mile ave.  So I'm happy with that.

Blahhhh.  Did not want to wake up this morning, I'm not sure why I'm sooo tired.  Got out for an easy run and glad I did but I think I did the Zombie run because I definately felt dead today.

Tired miles today on a great morning.  Still tired but glad I got out.  Up a little late last night because we were in Brigham City for my son's LAX game so got to bed late and then up earlier than normal to run this morning.  Not a good idea if you're tired but the LAX game was fun.
