Nice run down through South Weber.  This run is a really good change of pace for me.  A little worried because my back and hip were a little sore from helping my son change his brakes and rotors yesterday afternoon but no problem running.

Really nice run today aside from the smoke.  Normal walkers and a couple of new runners out this morning.  Took the Rohmer park extension for  the extra .5 today.  Uneventful run today, no complaints.   Enjoying a nice bowl of oatmeal now...mmm tasty.

Warm and muggy today but the smoke is gone, YAHOO!  Back to high traffic days as school started.  I had to wait everytime I had to cross a street, blah blah blah!  Run seemed to take FOREVER today, what's up with that?

Another nice run down through South Weber and then back up into Washington Terrace.  Seems like the smoke is back though...not good.  Dead animal total on the road today:  cat, deer, racoon, skunk, and bird.  I didn't notice any of these on Monday when I ran through so not a good week down in South Weber for animals.
