Rainy today, I got rained and sprinkled on for most of the run this morning.  It was warm, 57, and muggy as well.  Good run otherwise, still feeling some effects from the cold in my chest.  No watch I forgot to charge my battery and my Ipod battery died with 1.5 to go.  I need to get my act together and keep my stuff charged.

Raining again but pretty hard this morning so I hit the treadmill for 5.  What can I say it was a run on the treadmill.  Watched Kindergarten Cop during the run this morning.

No rain this morning so I got to go back outside for a nice run.  Good run this morning, just took it easy.  I can still feel some of the effects from my cold last week in my lungs.  Cooler this morning felt good after running inside on the treadmill yesterday.  I guess there is 1 good thing about running on a treadmill, it makes me really enjoy running outside.

Really nice morning for a run.  Temp was 47, which is perfect, and no wind.  Decided to go 7 today since I didn't have to take my daughter to school so I had some extra time.  Felt good today except my nose was running faster than I was.

Another good run today, felt good temps were good in the low 40s.  Ran the Washington Terrace loop again, that's a good run I like it.  Good week for me after the hamstring problem 2 weeks ago and getting a cold last week.
