| | Spent some time in my church this morning. So happens it was in Wheeler/Icebox canyon, running Nicks loop. Trail is $$$$. Yes, that's a 4 out of 4 $ rating. Awesome, awesome run this morning. Forgot about deer hunt, didn't wear anything orange. Glad I didn't get shot ;) Hammy felt good.

| | Sweet run on Indian Trail from Ogden Canyon to Rainbow Gardens with Nick. What an awesome trail, but then again there isn't really any bad trails around here. Still trail was $$$$, yes another 4 $ out of 4 on the rating scale. Thanks Nick!!!!
