Took the last 4 days off to get my heel better.  I've been icing it and putting Tiger Balm on it.  This morning it felt really good so I'm going to continue with the ice and tiger balm for a week or so to make sure.  What happened to spring?  We got 8 inches yesterday and it's 20 degrees this morning so another January morning in March....Nice.  Good run just took it really easy.  The full moon this morning was amazing it seemed huge and it was really yellow peaking in and out of the clouds.

Just an easy short run on the treadmill this morning to take it easy on my heel.  Heel was a little stiff this morning but no pain like last week.  Hopefully I'll get back outside tomorrow.  1st Mile at 8:49 pace second at 8:40 pace last 1:30 at 8:20 or so pace all at 1% incline.

Great run this morning, felt good today.  The only bad part is that it was 23 degrees well below average, come on spring.  Heel felt pretty good today, definately feels like it's getting better I'm just taking it easy.  Tiger Balm is great it works wonders on sore muscles and tendons.
