Had a hard timing getting up this morning just really groggy. Made it out the door though and felt really good today. Even though it rained on me for a little over half my run, I had a great run today. Plan was to go 5.5 but I pushed it to 7.1 |

| | Latest plan to try and get my heel to stop hurting is to follow a longer run with a shorter run. Heel was a little sore this morning following the longer run yesterday so I cut it down to 4 today. Good run, last mile was 8:16. |

So far so good with the long/short run to help my heel get better. It felt better yesterday after the shorter run and this morning so I ran 7 again today. In addition I'm really trying to watch my form as far as running upright, I tend to lean forward and look down a little bit.
Good run just took it nice and easy and ran how I felt didn't look at my watch at all. Nice morning for a run, overcast a little cool.
Great song to run to came on the Ipod this morning, The Sky is Crying by Stevie Ray Vaughn. |

| | Lucked out and got a break in the rain to run in this morning. Good run this morning, so far my heel feels better than it's felt for a while. The longer/shorter runs are working pretty well, I'm also stretching out really well and keeping my foot angled on a Phone book all day to keep the achilles area stretched out. |

| | Got up to rain, no surprise it's been raining most of the time for the last 2 weeks. Since I golfed yesterday I hit the treadmill for 5 this morning. Good run for a treadmill run but not great because it was on the TM. |
