Solo run this morning, almost didn't get out pretty groggy this morning.  Couldn't sleep last night, had to take a sleeping pill.  Made it tough it get up.  Glad I got out, south on the rail trail to 300 N in Clearfield.

Not sure what's up with these Pegasus shoes.  They really hurt my feet, my last pair were great.  Gotta retire these ones.  Aside from my feet hurting, nice run with Janell for 3.5 up to 5200 S in Roy and then from 2300 N down to 300 N in Clearfield solo.
