| | Rained out yesterday, nice break not sure I needed it seems like I've been a bit lazy this week. Out a little early today, felt kinda cold at 38. I could see my breath so a long sleeve and gloves with shorts worked out nice. Good run up to 4800 S in Roy and back, the sun didn't hit me until I had about 2 tenths left days are really getting short.
