| | Super nice morning, wish it could be like today all winter. Nice run solo up to 4800 S in Roy and back. 2 loose dogs alone on the trail today, luckily they didn't bother me.

| | Got my covid/flu shot yesterday afternoon, didn't sleep real well. Didn't feel real well when I got up but I figured I can lay in bed and not feel good or go run, take it easy and be ok. Glad I got out, ok run today. Ran with Janell for 2.5, the rest solo.
